Even after doing a fresh install with only SAIN 4.4.3 (+ depencies) and Raid review to do the check, my SCAV bots only spawn at "Impossible" level of difficulty.
Same issues with an heavy modded game (ABPS, APBS, QB, LB, ...), only Impossible SCAV.
I don't have the same problems with PMC, Player SCAV or Group SCAV.
