Refactor and expand DbWorker tests

Refactored DbWorker tests for clarity and maintainability by removing legacy helpers, inlining schema setup, and using modern test patterns. Expanded test coverage for local and sync mutations, reset functionality, and query patching. Removed outdated Vitest snapshot file and replaced snapshot assertions with inline snapshots for better test reliability.
