Refactor DbWorker tests to support multiple WebSocket transports
Updated test utilities and test cases to track all created WebSocket transports instead of a single instance. Added a new test suite to verify that messages are sent when the WebSocket is opened, improving coverage of WebSocket behavior in DbWorker.
