Refactor DbWorker tests for deterministic tabId and cleanup

Replaces dynamic tabId generation with a fixed tabId for consistency across tests, removes redundant code, and improves test clarity by resetting and checking worker output using splice. This change ensures more predictable test results and easier maintenance.
