Update metadata to new version OEP-1.4.0

The new metadata version OEP-1.4.0 has been released. See Template.

There is a tool to convert between metadata versions: OMI

The metadata has a new section context to link relevant information of the (research) project.
This will be the same for all files. Here is a draft:
