Request: Publish a `@rbxts` Package for FastSignal

Hello! I wanted to ask if there are any plans to publish a @rbxts version of FastSignal on npm for easier use with roblox-ts projects. I use this library a lot for, and would be really usefel for other developers who are also using roblox-ts.

I’d be happy to help with preparing and publishing the package, including TypeScript bindings or configuration for Wally/roblox-ts compatibility if that’s something you’d be open to.

I'm not familiar at all with roblox-ts, not even TS itself, I'm unsure how that'd work. I've also not been around the Roblox scene for a while.

Would it be a type of rewrite in TS? Or just a configuration typa of thing? If this is something that you could send a PR for, I'd be happy in merging it and publishing.

No worries at all! I also just come and go with Roblox development from time to time, mostly to explore.

For roblox-ts, there’s no rewrite needed. It should just be a matter of adding and exporting a type definition. If you’re open to it, I can put together a PR for that.

Edit: I just remembered that you already have a docs file, I can just make a copy and re-write it in TypeScript.
