Describe the bug

Go to Workflow settings and edit the field for max number of CPU cores. The setting is not saved.

This message will appear:

Argument #3 ($value) must be of type string, int given, called in /var/www/nextcloud/apps/workflow_ocr/lib/Service/GlobalSettingsService.php on line 72
