Placing an End Crystal is not logged

Expected behavior

When you place an end crystal on obsidian I expect an entry for it in Ledger. When it explodes I expect to see who triggered the explosion.

Observed/actual behavior

Placing the crystal does not show up in ledger, and who triggered it is not logged either.

Steps/models to reproduce

• Open a fresh world
• Place obsidian + end crystal
• Check /ledger search range:10 -> Placing the crystal doesn't show up
• Trigger end crystal explosion
• Check /ledger search range:10 -> It only shows blocks broken by @end_crystal

• I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.

Not sure if this should be a bug report or a feature request, but it seems like a bug caused by an oversight.
