Why not bulid a rule that will check & fix this automatically.

Checks all PowerShell files for where the string is a Copyright and year and provides an auto fix for it.

What is the latest version of PSScriptAnalyzer at the point of writing

However there are also GitHub Actions out there that could be used for this instead.

Ideally getting rid of year would be better but in all honesty, with a 1 year release frequency and compliance rules, it's not even worth adding a test in this repo.
A better place for such a generic rule would be a custom rule, that you could open source and anyone could use.
