Description
We currently surface token usage but there is no breakdown of actual usage limits with concrete numbers. Users want visibility into how much they have spent, broken down by model and by time period (e.g. per day). This helps people understand where their usage is going and stay aware of limits.
Reference: opencode does this well. It shows a spend breakdown where you can see how much you have spent, which models it went to, and the spend per day.
Proposed solution
Add a usage breakdown view that shows:
- Total spend with real numbers
- Spend grouped by model
- Spend grouped by day (and ideally a time range)
