Script for pulling favicon for data sources

A script to pull the favicon from a source site to allow nice design on front page for easy navigation to specific datasets.

I'll take a look at this. Aren't most of our leaks sourced from pastebin and twitter?

Well if we can I thought we are pulling the source from the leak and if not
marking it unknown. is this not the case?

If we've got a URL, it should be pretty trivial to fetch the favicon associated with that URL. I'm just wondering if we'll see very many unique URLs which actually have a favicon.

Well if there is no URL or a favicon then it isn't add to the design
element. If it turns out there is only a few that do we could always remove
it.
