Fix DB Trail listing and expand the software taxonomy to fit it

PR #23 added content/resources/software/dbtrail.com — the .com
extension meant Hugo never treated it as a content page, so it was
silently copied as a raw static file and never appeared anywhere on
the site (not in the catalog, not in search).

- Renamed dbtrail.com -> dbtrail.md so it builds as a real resource
  page.
- Kept the tags from Daniel's original PR instead of forcing them
  onto the closest existing values, and grew the controlled
  vocabulary in data/taxonomy_schema.yaml to include them:
  compatibility gains RDS MySQL and DuckDB, pricing gains
  "Open Source & Open Core".
- Added a new "Data Warehouse & Analytics" subcategory to the
  software section — DB Trail's data-lakehouse angle (MySQL data
  into DuckDB) wasn't covered by any existing subcategory, and it's
  a reasonable growth area for the catalog. The resource now carries
  two subcategories (Backup & Recovery + Data Warehouse & Analytics)
  since subcategories was already a multi-value field.
- Documented both changes in RESOURCES.md.

No template changes needed — term pages for new facet/subcategory
values are generated generically from the existing per-taxonomy
term.html stubs.
