Installatioin Optware-NG 2.05 failed because of containerd

During my installation of Optware-NG the installation failed.

Fehler 2021-01-13 08:14:09 --- 127.0.0.1 --- --- Optware-NG 2.05 installation failed. /opt is used by /opt/containerd, so Optware-NG can not use it !. Please resolve error, to use Optware-NG !

Is there something I can do without deinstall the Container Station?

The directory for "conteinerd/" containes the directorys /lib and /bin which are empty.

I tried to install it on:
QNAP NAS TS-251 x86
QTS 4.5.1
