The pull_request trigger listed main and earlgrey-hwe only, so the workflow never matched, and there is no workflow_dispatch to fall back on. ocp-global-demo-wip has been the base branch for the demo work since 2026-09-24, so that is the whole in-flight stack going unchecked.
