Implement "acceleration" on encoders under display

Adjusting parameters (like Attack/Hold/Release) is quite tedious - maybe we can either implement a weighted scale or some "acceleration" when using the encoder.

Other Idea: Put these parameters on the Faders like "EQ on Faders"

That would be a great addition, but I think most people are used to use the encoders for that - b.c. thats the paradigm the industry has focused on - although some mixers offer the feature you just mentioned, so it would be a great addition I think.
