Broken or unsafe links in README and documentation

Hello,

Several links associated with NeoTerm’s README and documentation appear to be outdated, broken, or potentially compromised.

The main README links to the GitBook documentation:

https://neoterm.gitbooks.io/neoterm-wiki/content

The wiki contains additional external links, including:

• http://neoterm.studio/
• https://mirrors-wan.geekpie.org/neoterm/
• http://janyo.pw/neoterm

The NeoTerm website link https://neoterm.org also did not load.

Could the maintainers please:

1. Check the README, GitBook, wiki, and project website links for redirects or domain takeover.
2. Remove or replace any dead, unsafe, or unrelated links.
3. Update the README and documentation to point to current official resources.
