What do you want to work on?

I wish to work on OpenShell observability. After discussion with @rhuss I understand there is much to do, both in tracing and metrics. I understand there's an in-progress effort to route traces to different collectors (e.g. control plain traces to admin collector, sandbox traces to user's MLFlow), I would like to help that as well as do the same for metrics.

Why this change?

As a Red Hat employee I think one of the things most critical for our clients is observability. I was a client so I can tell I could live without many features, but I would have never installed anything I don't have observability into because I wouldn't have been able to support it when things break.
