Update install.md

This document refers to an unofficial Arch Linux WSL package, which is distributed as an appx.

The official WSL image has documentation here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Install_Arch_Linux_on_WSL

the supported methods of installation are either `wsl --install archlinux` 
or downloading the .tar or .wsl from one of our mirrors.
