test if PMDA runs on Windows

Expected behaviour

PMDA runs on all platforms that support MDAnalysis

Actual behaviour

Not sure if it runs on Windows...

Currently version of MDAnalysis:

Once the move to GH actions #151 is complete, we can simply enable windows-latest and see if it works.
