Why is the views not increasing?

Ran the worker just fine (free version)
Been running for 10 minutes and it says 0 views (shorts)

and when i check my the video progres it says watched 0%. how to fix?

That's a proxy issue. You need high quality proxies (Such as IPRoyal, etc), or you need to use direct:// (for testing only, won't increase views, but will watch the video).
