In spack-stack now, FMS is set at 2025.03 as the version to build. But in GEOS (at least), we are still at 2024.03 until other changes can go into GEOS. And since FMS 2025 is non-zero-diff for GEOS, that might take "a while".
What is the "right" way to use an older FMS version for a specific env? Or maybe build two FMS?
I tried simple-to-me things but the concretizer was unhappy.
