This request is one of a series found needed in my testing of building spack-stack on my macOS dev machine.
In my test, I've updated the SHAs to have 5.0.10 available. Testing on my Macs (and on discover) seem to show that 5.0.10 works okay. Indeed, 5.0.10 was the first Open MPI 5 tag that worked on discover for me (using it with Flang and GNU)
