Introduce the issue

I can't send Russian or other non-ASCII notifications, which is not pleasant. Is it an InfiniTime or InfiniLink issue?

So InfiniTime doesn't currently support non-ASCII notifications due to space constraints (you can take a look at #1490, #1309, #212, #363), so InfiniLink just converts the notif strings to ASCII.

I've just added support for transliteration to InfiniLink in the latest alpha build, but that's the best I can do for now until something like #1773 is merged.
