Summary

We should support using predictive ephemeris for the GLOWS L3e production if definitive is not available.

Requirements

The more specific the better.

• Support using predict ephemeris and update the dependencies. Still use definitive if it's available
• Flag if using predict ephem in L3e
• Flag map pixels if any of the L3e inputs used predict ephem
