Fill lat/lon columns for generated Excel files

The files

• Power_ThermalGen.xlsx
• Power_VRES.xlsx
• Power_Storage.xlsx

have columns for latitude and longitude values, but PypsaReader currently does not fill those. It is only populated for Power_BusInfo.

Add the logic to populate lat/lon for the missing files.
