TODO List to improve VMeta.

1. Readme.md update
- EXECUTE_(KO/EN).md : have to describe about executing uploadApi.
- add Eng. version.
- ('22 OPEN SW Award youtube link...?)

2. Code Refactoring
- have to remove duplicated func. (especially, category extracting part.)
- have to modify ppt/pdf files' name. (extracted.* -> {videoname}.*)
- (move executing env...? local to cloud)
