I did find some bugged gates at shilo village. Pretty sure you're supposed to pass through them but if you open them they will stay open and become uninteractable.
I'm not sure what the fix is here since they don't seem to have a unique ID. My solution personally would be to replace the gate with something unique. (I could be wrong here, I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing lmao)
