Create donations backend

Few parts to this issue

• using the heroku instance from issue Set up project on Heroku #6 create a database
• create a table to store donation information, it should store at a minimum, the time, date, amount of the donation, any donor information if given and a field for comments

@CalmDownKarm I just wanted to know like why are we not using the paypal donation button? that will be much more efficient I think so.
Would like to hear your thoughts on this.
