Try and fix .idea directory (again) (#1289)

Problems:
1. Continued issues with plugin classpath and running tests

Solution:
1. Blew away .idea
2. Brought in the old IPR file and fixed the paths, made sure it was running
3. Then had intellij convert the IPR file, and made some minor tweaks.
