Course Design - Overshooting the green isn't punished enough.

Course design needs to consider shot power.

As soon as you max your power you can just hit the ball as hard as you like and bounce off trees at the back of the green. The penalty for over shooting needs to be harsher to keep the player from setting max power to all shots.
