Implement GUI-based tools to define regions of interest (ROIs) on dewarped IR images.

Tasks

• Implement rectangle/window ROI tool
• Implement polygon ROI tool
• Overlay ROI visualization on dewarped image in GUI

Acceptance Criteria

• User can draw, move, and delete ROIs interactively on dewarped images
• ROI shapes: rectangle, window, polygon
• ROIs persist across frames
