BanIP command

Hello everyone,
just wanted to ask a question about the /banIP command. For each of the ban commands there is a counter/exempt, just for banip there isn´t. Is there a reason for that or is it there but i didn´t see it? maybe somebody can help me understand it. Thanks

This is because you can't give permissions to IP Addresses where you could players.
