CI for continuous update is dead #482

Description

@ninjaloose

Just tried to do an update on an existing instance.
It had a TLS connection error so it re-installed with the latest continuous version.
Not sure if that is normal behavior, or only meant to be an error for releases of endless sky.
Seems to be an issue with the upstream server or the issuance of certificates

PS would be good to see what each icon actually is supposed to do with some hover text or something when you mouse over them.
