Feat: Slug/URL lookup for Discord Bot

Ability to lookup a project with the slug/url from the bot. The website already supports this via the box and the embed.

Probably gonna replace how I find slugs, by searching my project index instead, as I have every (publicly available) project indexed in a database (with delays of up to 1-2 hours), so I can return it more quickly, rather than doing several lookups against the API.. which might not even work.
