Subject: [PATCH] fix(research): wordram-ntt-kernel VERIFY.json input must be a
 repo path

The planner requires Git-tracked repo-relative inputs; "MANIFEST.json" broke the
onboarding tests (test_research_matrix_batches) for every PR based on current main.
