BUG REPORT: snclient 0.44 can't be installed on devuan

Describe the bug
The new packaging scripts introduced in version 0.44 depends on systemd which is why it is no longer installable on devuan.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the .deb package from the release page
2. Try to install it on a system running devuan which fails because of the dependency

Expected behavior
I expected to package to install without issues like in the previous versions.

• OS Devuan excalibur
• Architecture x86_64
• SNClient Version 0.44
