Feature request: Add Windows support for Composio CLI

Request details:

The Composio CLI currently does not have official Windows compatibility, which blocks usage on native Windows environments.

Could you please add official Windows support for the CLI (PowerShell/CMD), including installation and command compatibility?

Suggested scope:

Validate CLI commands on Windows runners in CI
Ensure path/process handling works on Windows
Add Windows installation and usage docs
This would help many developers who work on Windows as their primary environment.

some thread as #3134 please use wsl for now, will keep that upto date for when windows support comes
