What happened
Please fix the auto-update behavior in freebuff. The app just force-updated itself in the middle of my session while I was writing a long prompt. This caused the app to restart and completely delete everything I had typed.
Also, it spawned a new session after the update, so I had to run freebuff --continue ID manually to get my context back.
Please change this behavior so it either waits until the last prompt is finished and automatically resumes the interrupted session afterward.
Steps to reproduce
Nothing you have to do:
> freebuff
[I am in the app and writing a long prompt]
To continue this session later, run:
freebuff --continue 2026-09-05T09-34-44.495Z
Update available: 0.0.168 → 0.0.170
Download complete! Starting Freebuff...
[Opens app again in a new session with empty input]
