Add configurable prefix for SQL-Tables

Fairly basic idea, its just the ability to add a prefix to the names of tables to help prevent conflicts while sharing the same database between services/plugins.

All BlueMap tables are already prefixed with bluemap_ so i highly doubt that there would be any conflicts.
Still, I already have this in mind and want to implement it at some point. So I'll add this to the TODO ^^
