Is there a way to let the code change the circut without defining it every time?

I'm working on a custom matrix of MZIs. The matrix either has some MZIs in ON state and others in OFF state.
I did write the script for the circuit and it works, but i want the simulation to be run for different configurations of ON and OFF devices.
Is there a way to accomplish that without manually changing the code of the circuit?...
