Possible solution (Extracted from existing issue, might be incorrect; please verify carefully)

Hi, could you help us understand what does Azure CLI have to do with the SSH error? If the Linux was a virtual machine hosted on Azure and you couldn't SSH to it, you might want to contact Azure Support for troubleshooting as it's out of Azure CLI's scope.
