UI, MiniMap: Make markers scale at a different rate (or clamp) as compared with the zoom level

Markers now scales with the zoom level of the map. This makes the markers very small at the minimum zoom. It would be nice to make the minimum marker size a bit larger while maintaining the current zoom limits.
