💚 Skip gl's native build on install

- gl comes in through block-model-renderer, and CI can't compile it (no Node 24 prebuild, no X11 headers)
- The plugin never uses it; Blockbench already provides WebGL
- An explicit trusted list replaces Bun's default, so it keeps the other packages that ran scripts before
