Change powerFlow variable to lowerCamelCase
The powerflow variable in OpenIPSL.Data.PowerPlant.Examples.PFData.PowerFlow has been renamed to follow the lowerCamelCase naming convention. The references to the variable in the 2 example classes have been updated accordingly.
